We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, which must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase with order number is required, and you must contact customersupport@bakebuds.com with photos of the item(s) before sending them back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Certain products, including select Grav Labs pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to supplier restrictions.
All payments are processed securely through Authorize.net, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Authorize.net is fully PCI DSS compliant, using industry-leading TLS encryption to protect your information during transmission.
We never store complete credit card details on our servers. Additional verification measures, such as address verification, help prevent fraudulent transactions.
