Premium Protection Shipping: Select items — especially glass or fragile pieces — may include an added surcharge for premium packaging and handling, typically $10.95. This ensures safe delivery for heavier or delicate items.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $55 and above.

Orders under $55 will have standard shipping fees applied at checkout. To qualify for free shipping, simply add more items to your cart to reach the $55 minimum.

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.

We ship to most U.S. states, however some products have shipping restrictions to certain states.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery, but only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Clear photos of the issue must be emailed to customersupport@bakebuds.com. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

What happens if my return is approved?

You’ll receive a full refund or store credit.
In some cases, you won’t need to send the item back—we’ll confirm. Refunds are processed within 10 business days (bank posting may take longer). Store credit is issued instantly once approved.
